Basic requirements

1. Have net assets of at least $1,600,000 CAN obtained legally alone or with his accompanying spouse, including de facto spouse, excluding the amounts received by donation less than six months before the date on which the application was filed.

2. Have at least two years of management experience in the five years preceding the application for a selection certificate, of duties related to financial resources and human or material resources in a legal farming, commercial or industrial business (occupies at least the equivalent of 5 full-time jobs).

3. Sign an agreement with brokers or trust companies authorized to participate in the Investor Program. The investment of $800,000 is used by the Government du Québec for five years without interest or $220,000 with no refund.
